Water Board,
It has been brought to my attention that we have three citations on our water system.
This is not at practice of ours and I am ashamed to get these tickets.
Due to the 88th Regional Readiness Command closing at Fort Snelling, MN, I, CW5 Marilyn
Anderson, was PCS'd from Fort Snelling, MN to Fort McPherson, GA. My husband, James Anderson,
was moved with the command from Fort Snelling, MN to Fort McCoy, WI. Both of us were
relocated in February 2009. We are trying to maintain our home there, therefore, our daughter,
Mldsey Bailey, lives there at 18540 English Ave in Farmington. Jim has been able to be back in
_N about once a month and I have only been there two time since February. We both were
there about two weeks ago and received the citation on the lawn. We both went to the City of
Farmington and paid the $25.00 fine. Jim thought he had it working on the right day and the right

time. But we are not there to check it to see if it works right. Then before he can get back there
from Fort McCoy, I told him my daughter said we received another ticket.
He called the neighbor to fix it.
Today, I found out from our daughter we have three tickets. I immediately called the City of
Farmington, and then the Green Lawn Underground Sprinkler Company from Hastings, MN,
651-438-315, to schedule an immediate service to get it fixed. I have them coming out tomorrow,
1 8 August 2009, from 0800 - 1 300 hours. I will email a copy of the receipt or whatever I can get
from the company tomorrow.

We both are trying to maintain our home in Farmington, while both living in two other different
states serving in the military. With all this I am asking for your help in cancelling the tickets.
