1) Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm by Chair Krueger.
2) Approve Agenda: The agenda was approved as presented.
3) Approve Minutes - March 22, 2010: Motion by Krueger, second by Jensen
to approve the March 22,2010 minutes. APIF, motion passed.
4) Water Use Restriction Citation Appeals
a) Greg Gulseth, 18592 Elgin Ave.: not present, citation stands as issued.
5) Continued Business
a) Well Maintenance Updates (W~1l$#1 ) - Engineer Schorzman stated
that the maintenance on both wells is progressing
b) Daisy Knoll Water Tower Repair- The repairs are

a) Watering Restrictions Enforcement discussion-'-TheB'oar4detennined

should begin as soon as the Community Service Officer is able, attije

b) Discuss Project Inspection Costs.~Engineer Schorzrnan gave the Board
an update on how project inspection costs for City staffwiU b~billedbased
on a recent decision by the City Council. On past projects, alLprojectcosts

Dear Sir:
This letter is to contest the recent Administrative Citation for Water Use Restrictions
which was observed on April! Oth at 3 :50pm. I have been following this water restriction
correctly since its inception and continued again this year to observe that rule as I
understood them. I thought the year round ban was on the odd/even day and that the
Noon-6pm restriction was during the summer months only. I even looked at the
Community Calendar and noticed that the Noon-6pm restrictions were enforced
beginning April 25th.
Now after reading the web site more carefully, I do understand that the Noon-6pm
restriction is enforced year round. I will not make that mistake again and I apologize. I do
however request that this citation be waived due to my misunderstanding and it being my
first ever violation.
