Called to Order: Member Krueger called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.
Approve Agenda: The agenda was approved as presented.
Approve Minutes - November 22, 2010: Motion by Krueger, second by
Maguire to approve the minutes of November 22,2010. APIF, motion passed.
Continued Business: None
New Business
a) Check sediment depth in Well #5: Consensus of the Water Board to request
quotes.
b) Routine Maintenance-Well #7: Consensus of the Water Board to request
quotes.
Approve Bills - Finance: Motion by Maguire, second by Jensen to approve
December 2010 and January 2011 bills in the amount of$63,375.01. APIF,
motion passed. The Water Board requested a review of promotional and
educational expenditures at an upcoming meeting.

8) Motion by Krueger, second by Maguire to adjourn the meeting at 7:30pm. APIF,
motion passed.
