Mr. Darrin Mercer has declined his appointment to the Economic Development Authority. The
term of this seat runs through January 31, 2016.
A copy of Mr. Mercer's resignation is attached.

The City Council is recommending appointing Mr. Douglas Bonar to the Economic
Development Authority. The term of this ex-officio seat is through January 31, 2016.

above stated term.
