Call to Order:
Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Member Jensen at 7:00pm.
Approve Agenda: The agenda was approved as presented.
Approve Minutes - November 28, 2011: Motion by Weierke, second by Jensen
to approve the minutes. APIF, motion passed.

New Business
Approve Bills - Finance: Motion by Weierke to approve the bills in the amount
of $22,010.67 second by Jensen. APIF, motion passed.
8) Open Forum
a) Member Jensen asked about water meter upgrades. Director of Municipal
Services Reiten indicated that there is only one property that hasn't been
upgraded to date and they are currently being charged $150/month.
b) Director of Municipal Services Reiten stated that Well #6 had been vandalized
with graffiti. A suspect was apprehended.
c) There have been no applicants for the vacant Water Board position.
d) Adjourn: Motion by Weierke, second by Jensen to adjourn at 7:32pm. APIF,
motion passed.
