Regular Meeting
March 13, 2012
1. Call to Order
Chair Rotty called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Members Present: Rotty, Bonar, Franceschelli, Kuyper, Primmer (arrived at 7:01PM)
Members Absent: None
Also Present: Lee Smick - City Planner, Tony Wippler - Assistant City Planner
2. Approval of Minutes
a) Febmary 14, 2012 Regular Meeting Minutes
MOTION by Kuyper second by Franceschelli to accept the minutes as presented.
APIF, MOTION CARRIED.
3. Public Hearings - None
4. Discussion
a) Finding of Fact - Denial ofInterim Use Permit for an auto repair - major and
auto sales use in the B-4 Zoning District - 821 - 3rd Street MOTION by
Franceschelli second by Kuyper to approve Finding of Fact. APIF, MOTION
CARRIED.
b) 2030 Comprehensive Plan - 2011 Update - Assistant Planner Wippler noted
that within the week the draft amendment should be submitted to the adjoining
communities for the 30 day review. It is anticipated that the public hearing will
be set for the Planning Commission within the next 2 months.
7. Adjourn
MOTION by Kuyper, second by Primmer to adjourn at 7:04PM. APIF,
MOTION CARRIED.
