a) Water Patrol Discussion - The Community Service Officer is resigning to

continue having someone do water patrol? Member Weireke stated that with
continued education of residents, he would be ok with letting it go for a while
and revisit the issue when needed. Member Jensen wants to continue. He
feels that people would eventually notice that patrolling was not being done.
After discussion it was the consensus to continue with the patrolling for the
season and advertise for a temporary part-time person. Engineer Schorzman
will talk to Human Resources regarding placing an ad for the position.
6) Approve Bills - Engineer Schorzman noted that the Rivertown Newspaper bill
was incorrectly coded and should be removed from the list of bills. Motion by
Weierke second by Jensen to approve the bills in the amount of$31,707.22.
APIF, Motion Passed.
7) Open Forum - Member Jensen asked about the well noise at well #8. Engineer
Schorzman noted that it could have to do with the coating on the windings in the
motor. The coating could be too thin or broken, according to the representative.
