Chair Rotty called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Members Present: Rotty, Bonar, Franceschelli, Primmer
Members Absent: Kuyper
Also Present: Lee Smick City Planner, Tony Wippler Assistant City Planner
2. Approval of Minutes
a) June 12, 2012 Regular Meeting Minutes
Assistant Planner noted that some minor corrections were needed. Will bring back for
approval at August, 2012 meeting.

MOTION by Franceschelli second by Primmer to adjourn at 7: 06 PM APIF,
MOTION CARRIED.

a. Variances from the minimum lot size requirement within the A -1 Zoning
District to allow the creation of two parcels less than 40 acres in size through
the waiver of plat process Terry Donnelly, 18679 Flagstaff Avenue Planner
Smick introduced the request to subdivide an existing 39.96 acre parcel into 2
parcels consisting of one 6.66 acre parcel and one 33.33 acre parcel.. The
minimum lot size in A -1 is 40 acres. MOTION by Franceschelli second by Bonar
to close the public hearing. APIF, MOTION CARRIED. MOTION by
Franceschelli second by Primmer to approve the variance creating two parcels.
APIF, MOTION CARRIED.
