CALL TO ORDER 7:00 P.M. 2. DISCUSSION AGENDA REPORT PLANNING COMMISSION SPECIAL FEBRUARY 23, 1993 a. Sketch Plan Akin Park Second Addition Bob Speed is in the process of purchasing approximately 50 acres from Jon Malinski which includes the entire land area of the preliminary plat of Akin Park Second Addition. The preliminary plat approved and recommended to the City Council in March of 1992 included a five acre church site. The church site has been removed from consideration and the plat now includes 97 single family home sites and one outlot which will be sold to the City of Farmington for a well site. The preliminary plat will be submitted for a public hearing on March 9, 1993, assuming that an application is filed before noon on Monday, February 22, 1993. The information being presented will be identical, with the exception of the church site, to the plat that was recommended earlier. Recommendation Advise the new landowner that the Commission would prefer to act on this plat during the regular meeting in March, but a special meeting could be called if he fails to get all of this information together in time. b. PUBLIC HEARINGS a.
