The attached material has been presented and discussed in small pieces over the past
year. Because of our special meeting, there is not an agenda item that will inter-
fere with a full discussion of the Comprehensive Plan. Staff will provide some
schematic maps of Land Use and Transportation plus a new look at MUSA boundaries.
The purpose of the overall discussion will be to provide guidance to the staff on
final preparation of maps which can then be drafted for City Council review after
the first of January. The material will be presented to the Metropolitan Council
staff for its review before the end of the year.
