1 Public Hearing 5:00 P.M. Variance request of John Polasik
to add one additional service bay to Towns Edge Standard with
our a rear yard setback.
2. Request to establish a public hearing at 7:00 P.M. in the
Council Chambers on November 1, 1983 to dicuss a Special
Exception for Northern Propane Gas Company. The Special
Exception would place a propane fuel station at 517 1st Street
in an existing B -3 District.
3 Request to establish a public hearing on November 1, 1983 at
7:15 P.M. in the Council Chambers to discuss a new non conforming
use special exception for a used car lot at the intersection of
Eighth and Ash Streets. The property is currently zoned B -2
Residential and is under option to Ken Kaufenberg.
