3. Lee Hawkins Appeal Review Screening Plan
A letter was sent to Mr. Hawkins on November 11, 1986 reminding
him that a screening plan is expected by the Commission. If
such a plan is not in hand before the meeting, the Commission will
have to act on the appeal based upon guidelines offered by the
City Attorney.
4. Roopraj Oudhraj Conditional Use Public Hearing
The letter notifying Mr. Oudhraj of his need to provide more detail
in his site plan was delayed in being mailed. He is aware of the
need to conform with requirements of the B -3 Heavy Business District
and is expected to appear at the continued hearing.
5. Rear Yard Setbacks Discussion
The setback requirements for Farmington are included on the attached
table. The basic recommendation brought about by the Orndorff
variance is that all side and rear yard setbacks should be the same.
With this in mind, the 6 foot sideyard setbacks in the B -2 and B -3
Districts should be increased to 10 feet.
