3. DISCUSSION DAKOTA COUNTY ESTATES PUD
Mr. Benedict has met with staff to develop a parking lot for employees to
the rear of the strip center on County Road 31. It was agreed that an
addition of an employee lot would be possible without adding an access to
Ensley Lane by adding a lane to the Bank drive up egress and by reshaping
the lot. Staff agreed to minimize the changes in the layout while in-
dicating that certain adjustments would be necessary. A discussion plan
will be available at the meeting if not included with the mailing.
