1. Call to Order at 7:00 P.M.
2. Approval of Minutes from September 27, 1988.
3. Public Hearing Conditional Use Request from Timothy Carr.
Mr. Carr has been notified by mail that the hearing was continued, but
there is no new information to report.
4. Discussion Walter Maurer /Louis Larsen Site Plan
The conditional use was authorized subject to the preparation of a site
plan. Mr. Larsen plans to have a site plan available for this agenda packet.
5. Discussion Lee Allan Rose Site Plan
Mr. Rose submitted a drawing without scale or dimensions. As is, it cannot
be used to document the conditional use as approved.
6. Discussion Benedict Plaza Parking Lot
Staff has been assured that the lot will be revised prior to the meeting.
Please review before the meeting.
7. Discussion Zoning Ordinance Amendment Section 10 -6 -14 Landscaping
In rewriting the downtown plan for the Housing and Redevelopment Authority,
it was decided that this relatively abbreviated section of the Zoning Ordinance
should be expanded rather than to include it in the downtown plan. The
wording has been developed to improve the amenities of new construction
throughout the City.
