Regular Meeting
January 14, 2014
1. Call to Order
Chair Rotty called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Members Present: Rotty, Primmer, Franceschelli, Kuyper, Bjorge
Members Absent: None
Also Present: Tony Wippler - Assistant City Planner
2. Approval of Minutes
a) December 10, 2013 Regular Meeting Minutes — Motion by Franceschelli, second by
Primmer to approve the minutes as presented. APIF, Motion Carried.
3. Public Hearings - None
4. Discussion
a. Findings of Fact — Lack of a motion for an Auto Sales and an Auto Repair, Minor use
within the B -1 Zoning District — 705 — 8th Street. Motion by Primmer second by
Franceschelli to approve the findings of fact. APIF, Motion Carried.
b. Appeal to the Board of Adjustment — Property Maintenance Complaint —
409 Spruce Street — The Commission approved a one -time extension for completion of work
necessary to bring the home into compliance with the code. The work must be completed
by September 30, 2014. Motion by Franceschelli second by Primmer to approve the
extension of the time frame. APIF, Motion Carried.
c. Meeting Calendar — Information received
5. Adjourn
MOTION by Kuyper, second by Franceschelli to adjourn at 7 :19PM. APIF,
MOTION CARRIED.
