DISCUSSION Staff is requesting that the public hearing be continued as there are a number of outstanding engineering items that need to be addressed and resubmitted for review. ACTION REQUESTED By motion, continue the public hearing regarding the PUD and rezoning to the regular Planning Commission meeting scheduled for January 13, 2015. It will be held on Wednesday, September 9th as City Council will be meeting on what would normally be the Commission's regular meeting night due to the Labor Day holiday.
