Regular Meeting
December 9, 2014
1. Call to Order
Chair Rotty called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Members Present: Rotty, Rich, Franceschelli
Members Absent: Bjorge, Kuyper
Also Present: Tony Wippler — Planning Manager
2. Approval of Minutes
a) November 12, 2014 Regular Meeting Minutes — Motion by Franceschelli second by Rich to
approve the minutes as presented. APIF, Motion Carried.
Chair Rotty opened the public hearings
3. Public Hearings -- Review a Planned Unit Development application and rezoning to R -3
PUD -- Dawson Meadows. Planning Manager Wippler requested that the public hearing be
continued to the next regular meeting as a number of engineering items still need to be resolved.
Motion by Rich second by Franceschelli to continue this public hearing to the regular meeting
scheduled for January 13, 2015. APIF, Motion Carried.
4. Discussion —
a. 2015 Meeting Calendar. Planning Manager Wippler provided the Commission with the 2015
meeting calendar. This was for information purposes only.
5. Adjourn
MOTION by Franceschelli , second by Rich to adjourn at 7:02 PM. APIF, MOTION
CARRIED.
