SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 14,2016
1. Call to Order
Acting Mayor Bartholomay called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.

Present-Bartholomay, Donnelly and Pitcher
Absent-Larson and Bonar
Staff Present-Administrator McKnight and Administrative Assistant Musiller

Motion by Donnelly, second by Pitcher,to approve the agenda as presented. APIF, motion
carried.

A. Canvass Results of the November 8. 2016 General Election
Administrative Assistant Mutller reviewed the results of the 2016 General Election. The results
were:

Motion by Pitcher, second by Donnelly,to approve resolution R84-2016 accepting the results of
the municipal election and declaring Todd Larson as the winner of the mayoral contest; Terry
Donnelly and Robyn Craig as the winners of the city council contest and that referendum
questions one and two both failed. APIF, motion carried.

carried.
