CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS • 1. Call to order at 6:00 p.m. Commission Members Present: Members Franceschelli,Lehto,McMillen,Haley,Mohlis Commission Members Absent None Also Present: Planning Manager Wippler,Consultant Vogel 2. Approval of agenda Motion by McMillen,second by Haley to approve the agenda. APIF,Motion passed. • 3. Approval of Minutes ' ' "' •' ' ' • A. March 24,2015 Regular Meeting •••'" Motion by McMillen,second by Lehto to approve the March 24,2015 Regular Meeting minutes as presented. APJF,Motion passed. b. April 28,2015 Special Meeting Motion by Haley,second by Mohlis to approve the April 28,2015 Special Meeting minutes as presented. APIF,Motion passed. 4. Public Hearings Nothing 5. Continued Business a. Interpretation Plan i. Walking Tour reminder—July 28th regular meeting Planning Manager Wippler reminded the Commission that it is the intent to occupy the majority of the July regular meeting with a walking tour of the downtown. 6. New Business 1 I a. Tour of Middle Creek Historic Cemetery Due to the rainy weather,the Commission decided not to visit the cemetery. The Commission will plan for a trip to the cemetery later this year. Instead,a bus tour was given to view the City's historic resources that are located outside of the downtown core area. The Commission would like staff to try to arrange a future tour of the original high school building. 7. Reports&Plans Nothing 8. Miscellaneous Nothing 9. Commission Roundtable Nothing 10.
