ACCEPTING RESULTS OF THE MUNICIPAL ELECTION - NOVEMBER 3, 1998
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of
Farmington, Minnesota, was held in the Council Chambers of said City on the 4th day of
November 1998 at 4:00 p.m.

seconded the following:
WHEREAS, the positions of 2 four-year seats on the City Council were being voted upon; and,
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has hereby certified to the Council the following results of the
municipal election voting:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the results of the municipal election are hereby
accepted and that Terry Verch and Kevan Soderberg be declared the winners in the contest for
councilmembers and shall begin their four-year terms on January 1, 1999.
This resolution adopted by recorded vote of the Farmington City Council in open session on the
4th day of November 1998.
