SUBJECT: Flagstaff Avenue Development Review

INTRODUCTION
City staff would like to review overall issues related to future development on Flagstaff Avenue with the city
council.
DISCUSSION
The city council recently made approvals related to a residential development on Flagstaff Avenue that will
start to occur in 2018. In addition, the work that is being performed in the preparation of the 2040
Comprehensive Plan includes additional development in that area.
City staff would like to discuss development on Flagstaff Avenue including issues related to the 2006
settlement agreement associated with the high school.

No action will be taken, this will be a group discussion of development in this area.
