Acting Mayor Bernhjelm called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Motion by Donnelly, second by Craig, to approve the agenda as presented. APIF, motion
carried.

d) Appointment Recommendation Municipal Services-Human Resources

f) Approve Seasonal Hiring-Human Resources

Administrative Assistant Muller shared the results of the 2018 city council race.

Motion by Donnelly, second by Craig, to adopt Resolution R45-2018 accepting the results of the
2018 municipal election and declaring Katie Bernhjelm and Joshua Hoyt as the winners in the
contest for city council. APIF, motion carried.
