Harlan M.Olson Engineers & Architects NOV 07 140 November 6, 1990 City of Farmington 325 Oak Street Farmington, Minnesota 55024 Attn: Mr. Larry Thompson Re: 1991 General Engineering Rates Dear Larry: A review of our costs of doing business indicates that the constantly increasing operating costs and wages make it essential that we revise our rates at this time in order to maintain our high level of service to our clients. Though our costs have risen higher during 1990, we have held the increase in our rates to be less than 5%. Our general engineering revised hourly rates for next year are enclosed herewith. These rates are to become effective on January 1, 1991. This information is provided at this time so that it is available for review prior to the beginning of the new year. We have all appreciated our long and pleasant relationship with the City and Staff and are looking forward to continuing to serve you in 1991. If you have any questions on these rates or on our service to the City, please call. Yours very truly, BONESTROO, ROSENE, ANDERLIK & ASSOCIATES, INC. ,A(741.."4-CA) Robert W.
