9a. This item has received favorable reviews from the City Attorney and
Solid Waste Coordinator. I would recommend the Council approve the
Joint Powers Agreement in order to be eligible for the $61,000+ grant.
b. I have not had the opportunity to discuss this matter with Mr. Kaldunski.
I will present my recommendation at the meeting Monday night.
