DATE: JULY 14, 1989
Attached is a copy of the List of Bidders which is prepared, when
the bids are opened and publicly received. They include the bids
received, however, I have not had time to prepare the bid tabulations,
review the bids and make my recommendation. I will forward this
information when it is completed. The city has received some
competetive bids, however, note that the highest bidder has submitted
the best delivery date. My department would benefit by the quick
delivery.

SUBJECT: 6 MONTH PROBATION - MIKE NIBBE
DATE: JULY 11, 1989
Mike Nibbe has been employed by the City as a full-time employee for
6 months on July 23, 1989. He had been working for the City as Part-
time for approximately a year and a half before being promoted to
Full-time. He has continually shown his willingness to do a good job.
His skills are progressing along faster than one would expect in 6
months time. I am extremely happy with his work and progress and would
enthusiastically recommend him for permanent status.
