MEMO TO: MAYOR AND COUNCIL
SUBJECT: FRAMING OF HISTORIC PICTURES TO BE DISPLAYED IN CITY HALL
DATE September 29, 1989
The Farmington Chorale has very kindly offered to donate $400.00 towards
the cost of framing the historic pictures that we recently acquired.
I have attached a proposed resolution accepting that donation.
It has been estimated that the total costs for framing all the pictures
will be approximately $800.00. I will apply the above $400.00 and request
that the remainder be funded from the amount remaining in the budget from
the puchase of the public address system which is apprximately $1200.
