5a. Discussed last meeting.
5b. & c. Enclosed you will find various information regarding
the hearing. As you will note, both Dan Churchill &
Stan Whittingham are requesting a continuation of the
hearings . I have discussed this matter with Dave Grannis,
and he is researching the matter relating to not continuing
the hearing vs. an employee' s right to due process.

8a. Report enclosed. I have briefly reviewed the report
with Mr . Kaldunski, and we both agree that there are
several issues which will have to be resolved before
the project is ordered. I will prepare an outline of
my concerns for the meeting Monday night.

9b. Memo enclosed. I have discussed the matter with Mr.
Kaldunski, and feel that the Council should defer
actually hiring the maintenance person until the issue
of Solid Waste is resolved. Mr. Kaldunski has indicated
that he is just requesting the authorization to advertise
in order to began the process. I concur with Mr. Kaldunski ' s
recommendation. In the meantime, the City will utilize
part time help which is authorized in the budget.
