MEMO TO: MAYOR AND COUNCIL
SUBJECT: CHANGE ORDER #4 - FIRE HALL
DATE: SEPTEMBER 13, 1985
Fire Hall Project Architect Tom Dunwell has informed me that he is
submitting the following change order for Council consideration:
1. Transformer - Add $1,363.03
It was originally thought that the building would be serviced by
N.S.P. when the specs were prepared. Upon application for hookup
it was discovered that Dakota Electric had jurisdiction over the
Fire Hall site. Dakota Electric's requirements for type of trans-
former and additional lines added $1,363.03. Mr. Dunwell has
reviewed the itemized changes and has indicated that the costs are
in order.
2. Sanitary Sewer Regrade - Add $132.00
This regrade was done in conjunction with the field drain change.
3. Driveway Regrade - Add $330.00
The driveway was originally planned to drain to the north. After
reviewing the site it was agreed to break the grade in the middle
to drain north and south to reduce the swale on the north side of
the driveway. This added $330.00.
Mr. Dunwell has indicated that the City should receive the appropriate
documentation before the meeting on Monday night.
