SUBJECT: FARMINGTON FIRE STATION - RELEASE OF RETAINER
DATE: FEBRUARY 21, 1986
The City has been holding a $500.00 retainer on the construction of
the new fire station to cover minor problems in the construction.
Dave Pietsch has inspected the station and recommends releasing the
retainer.
It is recommended to release the $500.00 retainer to Maertens-Brenny
Construction Co.
