Dear Mr. Erickson: i
Enclosed please see Exhibit # 1 for County Road # 74.
Two years ago you provided partial-blacktop shoulders on
County Road 74. The shoulders were left with intermittent
blacktop and gravel between County Rd. # 31 and State Hwy.
Number 3.
Since the intermittent blacktopping on the shoulders of
County Rd. 74 were installed, there have been several new
residential structures bordering it.
Dakota County Electric facility has considerable amount of
heavy equipment and a large employment force which increases
the traffic and the hazard.
I would like your consideration to finish the areas that are
now gravel . The gravel on the blacktop creates a hazard with
rocks being thrown on windshields by cars and trucks. There
are a number of pedestrians walking on the shoulders of the road.
I hope that this project could be put on your agenda during the
year 1986.
Sincerely,
•
