1. Administer Oath of Office.
2. Approve minutes of December 20, 1982.
3. Open Time - Discussion with members of the audience.
4. Approve - Annual designations and appointments.
* 5. Discuss - Proposed ordinance regulating commercial excavations.
6. Discuss - Proposed resolution requesting legislative officials to curtail
the activities of the Metro Council and its Commissions when
programs with costs involved are being implemented.
* 7. Consider - Adoption of Council By-laws.
* 8. Discuss - Storm Water Management Plan; Work Schedule; Budget matters.
* 9. Renewal of Contract - City Planner Charles Tooker.
10. Discuss - Purchase and installation of a Council room taping system.
*11. Appoint - Labor negotiator for 1983 Contract negotiations, Teamsters Local #320.
12. Request - To purchase the site of the former WWTP by John Manke.
13. Request - To have Jaycees sponsored project of moving old high school lights
to Rambling River Park.
14. Request - Bingo license - VFW Club.
15. Request - To hire three new members in Fire Department.
16. Request - To attend collection System Operators Seminar; Bill Hince,
Don Dahl ; January 19-21, 1983, Bloomington.
17. Bills.
