3 . Copy of the resolution, memo, and tabulation enclosed.
4. Copy of the Ordinance previously sent. Notice of the hearing
sent to the two present Commercial excavation licensees .
5 . Request, memo previously sent.
6. a. Proposed amendment enclosed. The HRA has not given its
approval on the amendment. The HRA is meeting on Monday
at 6 : 00 p.m. to consider the amendment . Also, I plan to
meet with Mr. Romberger later this afternoon to discuss
some possible revisions .
b. Mr. Rombergers attorney is presently completing the neces-
sary document to set a Public Hearing to consider granting
preliminary approval of the IRB sale. He plans to submit
the documents at the meeting Monday night.

9 . Memo enclosed. As you will note , I had Wayne revise the lease
to a month to month basis in the event the City might purchase
the MnDOT property.
