7 a. The Council reviewed the proposed ordinance during a regular
meeting on August 15 , 1983. The Council at that time adopted
an amendment to the present liquor ordinance which brought the
City Code into conformance with State Law relating to the
certification of fiscal responsibility but deferred action on
the remainder of the proposed ordinance until October 17 , 1983 .
I have sent copies to all liquor licensees within the City,
and have invited them to attend the meeting.
