10a. Dave Krengel will propose to the Council that the old REA building
be purchased by the City to be used as a fire hall. A study was
made by the Council in 1978 at which time it was rejected for future
City office/garage space.

15 . The Mayor and myself met with Dave Pietsch and Tom Jensen to discuss
the results of the Fire Hall referendum. It was agreed that the next
steps should be taken by the City Council as to selection of an ar-
chitect , establishing the guidelines as to the relationship between
the Building Committee and Council, setting a proposed timetable, and
to offer any suggestions or recommendations .
