8a. This item was placed on the agenda pursuant to Council directive issued on
October 3, 1983. It was the consensus of the Council that each Council-
member was to draft comments regarding the evaluation process and present
them to the Administrator. The Administrator was to prepare an evaluation
form based on those comments.

d. The City received notice from Metro Cable that it was increasing "Showtime"
rates from $8.50/month to $9.50/month because of increased fees by "Showtime".
According to the City Code a public hearing must be held.

NOTE: Because of the seminar and the various meetings I have attended during the
past two weeks, I have not had time to address the budget adjustment of
$2,713.00. Therefore, it has not been placed on the agenda.
