SUBJECT: Towing Contracts
DATE: March 16 , 1984
As a result of the March 5th council meeting and the
rejection of the contract bids for towing, it would
be my recommendation that the Council reopen the bids ,
be posted in the Dakota County Tribune on March 21 ,
1984 , closing on March 29 , 1984 , at the close of the
business day.
I would make the recommendation of the indemnity clause
be changed prior to the proposals being issued to pro-
spective bidders .
