The assign- ment and acceptance of the lease has already been executed by all parties. As you will note, the terms of the lease are the same as proposed by the City Council (3 years at $200/year). This item has been placed on the consent agenda for approval . The Assignment has been made effective July 2, 1984. Please handle for delivery of one copy of the Assignment to Farm Service Coop and obtain the lessee's copy of the lease from them if you have not yet done so. My records indicate that the rental on this lease in the amount of $200 for the period December 1, 1983 to December 1, 1984 remains outstanding and will you please forward your remittance in this amount direct to me at the above address for proper crediting to your account. This lease will expire under its own terms on November 30, 1984 and therefore, enclosed are duplicate copies of an Agreement extending this lease for a term of three years from December 1, 1984, subject to termination by either party upon 60 days written notice within the term, at a rental of $200 per annum.
