EXPLANATION: • Self explanatory • REFERENCE MATERIALS/RESPONSIBILITY: Explanation - Larry Thompson REFERRED TO: (NAME) DEPARTMENT: Larry Thompson Administration SIGNATU • MEMO TO: MAYOR AND COUNCILMEMBERS SUBJECT: 1985 CDBG Program DATE: AUGUST 16, 1984 I have been notified that the Dakota County HRA will be accepting applications for the 1985 CDBG program. Deadline for the application is December 1, 1984. As mentioned in a previous memo, the goal of the selection committee is to recommend approval of grants that are targeted for commercial or mixed use districts. Because the Farmington HRA has direct interest in the .grant program as it relates to their Tax Increment Finance Plan, I would recommend the Council solicit input from the HRA regarding the 1985 grant application.
