Ordinance ; to require basements , garages and/or
paved drives in the R-1, R-2 and R-3 residential
zoning districts .
4. Receive - Update on status of hiring Senior Center Coordinator.
5 . Reconsider - Proposal of Knudson Rubbish regarding City
refuse collection.
6. Report - Status of CATV ordinance - City Attorney.
7. Consider - Appropriate action regarding building at 416
Third Street, dilapidated condition - City Attorney.
8. Consider - Recommended changes to on-sale liquor ordinance -
expanded definition of restaurant.
9 . Consider - Proposed revised overhead reimbursement agree-
ment between City and HRA.
10. Report - Status of Preparations for bond election; funds
for future fire facility site Fire Chief.
11. Request - Clarification of authority of Police Chief to
establish handicapped parking spaces in the City.
