in exchange for one new aluminum breathing apparatus battle

SUBJECT : SELF CONTAINED BREATHING APPURATUS CYLINDER EXCHANGE
DATE : MARCH 31 , 1992
Presently , our oldest SCBA cylinders date back to 1969. At
that time , the cylinders were manufactured from steel . Over
the years , the cylinders are now manufactured from aluminum
which reduces the weight considerabally. The cost of one new
. 2216 psi aluminum cylinder is $341 . 70.
Clareys Saftey & Equipment has agreed to take five ( 5) of our
old steel cylinders in on trade for one new aluminum cylinder.
I am requesting approval to complete this exchange.
