ACCEPTING RESULTS OF THE MUNICIPAL ELECTION
November 2, 2004
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting ofthe City Council of the City of
Farmington, Minnesota, was held in the Council Chambers of said City on the 3rd day of
November 2004 at 4:30 p.m.

WHEREAS, the position of Mayor and 2 four-year seats on the City Council were being voted
upon; and,
WHEREAS, the City Administrator has hereby certified to the Council the following results of
the municipal election voting:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the results ofthe municipal election are hereby
accepted and that Kevan Soderberg, be declared the winner in the contest for Mayor, and that
David McKnight and David Pritzlaffbe declared the winners in the contest for councilmembers.
This resolution adopted by recorded vote of the Farmington City Council in open session on the
3rd day of November 2004.
