CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
REGULAR MEETING
MAY 6, 2019
1. Call to Order
Mayor Larson called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. at Fire Station#2.
2. Pledge of Allegiance
Mayor Larson led those in attendance in the Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Roll Call
Present-Larson, Bernhjelm, Craig, Donnelly and Hoyt
Absent-None
Staff Present-Administrator McKnight, Fire Chief Elvestad,Assistant Fire Chief Albee,Assistant
Fire Chief Fischer, Assistant Fire Chief Schmitz and Fire Captain Price.
4. Agenda
Motion by Bernhjelm, second by Donnelly,to approve the agenda as presented. APIF, motion
carried.
5. Announcements/Commendations
None
6. Citizen Comments
a) Tom Berres-19832 Devry Path-Shared with the city council the sounds that he hears
during the day from his house. These are sounds that come from a lake, not a pond.
7. Consent Agenda
Motion by Bernhjelm, second by Hoyt,to approve the consent agenda:
a) Approve Minutes of the April 15, 2019 City Council Meeting-Administration
b) Approve Agreement Farmington Preserve Park Basketball Court Surface Improvement
Project-Parks
c) Approve Farm Lease-Parks
d) Approve Easement Agreement with Dakota Electric Association-Public Works
