WATER BOARD MEETING
May 14, 1969
Mr. Henneberry, Pres dent of the V liage Water Board called the meet ng
3 to order, w th the follow ng members present: Robert Schne der; Chester
Br nkman; Robert Sh .riey, and Glen E. Moser.
Water Department checks numbered from #5269 thru #5293, were presented
and ordered pa d, mot on was made by Mr. Schne _der and seconded by Mr.
Br nkman that they be pa d .

summer water users w 11 be b .11ed the same as the regular accounts are
pay ng, th .s w 11 be effect ve as of January 1st 1970. T
The ord nance #173 relat ng to water regulat ons, was rev eyed by the
Water Board, they had been .nstructed by the V llage Attorney Mr. Gorgos
to rev .ei sad ordan .nee and make any cr t .c _ms or correct ons that the
Board felt should be done.
There be .ng a few small correCt _ons, th s was then presented by Mr.
Henneberry, who n turn w 1 subm tt t to the V liage Counc8l for
f nal approval and adopt on.
