Mr . Henneberry, Pres dent of the V _ilage Water Board called the meet ng
to oader w th the follow_Og members present: Mr. Chester Br nkman;
Mr. Robert Schne .der; Glen Moser. M .nutes of the prev .ous meetLng
were read and approved . B .ils covered by checks #5294 thru #5317 were
presented and a mot on was made by Mr. Br nkman and seconded by Mr.
Schne .der that they be allowed .
Glen Moser, had been adv .s ed by Sauber Plumb _ng and Heat ng that they
were go ng to be compelled by labor and mater al costs to ra de the cost
of the water nstallat ons. After some d scussyons by the Board a mot_on
was matte by Mr. Sch.ne _der and seconded by Mr. Brinkman that we would
adopt the new ncrease as the standard pr ce for nstallat on. Mr.
Henneberry had prev .ous asked about aompact .on of the holes made n the
streets as well as the boulveards, and also asked that they be sodded
after the work was f;_n shed .

Mot,on was made by Mr. Br nkman that the s gnatures on the Safe Depos _t
Bog, should be Glen Moser, and Mr. F.J. Henneberry, seconded by Mr.
Schne .der. A resolut._on w_11 be drawn up to this effect.
Mr. Moser called to the attent..on of the Board of a C.D. that was
comm ng due, t was dec _ded to renew and add $2000.00 to the $5000.00
making a $1$ $7,000.00 C .D. due a year from now. Tb .s mot on was made
by SchneLder and seconded by Brinkman. The secretary to renew t.
