VILLAGE OF FARMINGTON WATER OBAORD
September 24, 1969
Meeting called to order by the President Mr. E.J. Henneberry, the following
being present: C. Brinkman, R. Schneider, R. Shirley, and G. Moser.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved with amotion made by

Mr. Brinkman and seconded by Mr. Schneider.
A salary increasecf or 1970 was brought before the Water Board for review,
after some discussion the fallowing motion was made: The employees of the
Water Board that is Ray Briesacher; Robert Shirley; and Glen Moser, were to
recieve a $25.00 per month raise from their current salary, making a total of
$98.80 per month for Moser and Shirley, and $100.00 for Ray Briesacher, and $125.00
for Mr. Henneberry. Mr. Schneider made a motion that this scale be adopted for
1970 it was seconded by Mr. Brinkman.
Enforcement of the new Water ordinance effective July 1st. was discussed, the
Secretary informed the Board of several infractions committed by local plumbers,
Mr. Henneberry utated that he was going to talk to the Plumbers and warn them of
the new ordinance now in effect.

There was a lengthy discussion of a raise for the water rates for the Village
of Farmington. The gross rate being $18.00 plus tax, if paid by the year $16.00
plus tax. A motion was made by Mr. Brinkman and seconded by Mr. Schneider that
the fallowing rates be place in foree for January 1st billing; Gross yearly

rate being$22.00 tax, net $20.00 tax if paid by the year, or $5.50

The Water Board advised the secretary to ask the Village Administrater to include
the water collections with the Sewer and Garbage collections.
