Meeting called to order by the Vice-Preisdent Mr. Robert Schndiddr,^ The
following members being present: Robert Shirley; Chester Brinkman and
Glen Moser, Ed Berg, Don Overbee. Mr. Henneberry was also present upon
request of Mr. Schneider.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as read. The motion
being made by Brinkman and seconded by Mr. Schneider.
An election of officers was held with the following results: President
Mr. Robert Schneider; Vice President Mr. Chester Brinkman, and Mr. Robert
Shirley w@s present, having been asked by the Council to serve on the Water
Board replace Mr. Henneberry.
Motion was made by Mr. Brinkman that the Village Water ®oard hire Mr. Henne-
berry as a maintainence Seperintendent and meter reader, the motion was
seconded by Mr. Schneider. Motion was made by Schneider that Mr. Henneberry
salary be placed at the monthly rate of $125.00 per month rectoactive to Jan
1st. This motion was seconded by Mr. Brinkman.
Motion was made by Mr. Brinkman that the Board hold a scheduled monthly
meeting at the Civic Center. The time being the 2nd Monday of each month.
The time is 7:30, seconded by Schneider.
Motion was made by Schneider that Glen Moser's salary and Ray Briesachers
saaary be at the agreed setting of 100.00 per month for Ray Briesacher,
and 90.00 per month for Glen Moser. This was secondedby Robrte Shirley.
After a lenghtly discussion a motion was made by Brinkman and seconded by
Shirley that the Board request the Council to amend or correct ordance
#173 paragraph #11 to read as follows: "all service pipes connected to
the Village system shall be of type "K" copper, and a minimum of 1 inch
inside diameter and shall be laid at a depth not less than 6 feet below
the established grade, or as low as the street mains." Seconded by Shirley.
Motion was made by Shirley that the service from Main to curbox on an improve-
ment *hat the customer is to assume the difference between the existing service a
and the new 1 inch service. This being in relationship the improvment
scheduled on the Main street between 3rd and 4th Streets. Seconded by
Brinkman.
Motion to adjourned made by Mr. Schndider and seconded by Mr. Shirley.
