Meeting called to order by the President Mr. Schneider, with the following members
present: Mr. Brinkman, shirley, Henneberry and Moser.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read, motion was made
by Shriely and seconded by Brinkman to this effect.
Mption as made by Shilrey seconded by Brinkman to cash in the $8,000.00 C. 0.
putting $5,000.00 in the checking account and leaving $3,000.00 for a C/ 0.
it was necessary to do this in order to restore the ehecking account to good
standing. This had been previously done by the Secretary.
Motion was madeby Shirley seconded by Brinkman that Paragraph #14 of Ordinance173
be strictly enforced to the letter. The Secretary to inform the Council, village
Admininstrator and Attorney for the continued support.
Motion was madd by Brinkman that the Secretary keep a record of all the expenses
paid by the Water Dep't. and submit it tb the Water Board on a monthly basis.
Thie motion was seconded by Shirley. This motion was made in order that the
Board will be able to better ascertain where the heaviest estienses are incurring.
