VILLAGE OF FARMINGTON WATER BOORD
December 15, 1970
Meeting called to order by the President Mr. Rober t Schneider, with the
following members being present: Mr. Bob Shirley and Mr. Chester Brinkman.
Glen Moser the Secretary, and Mr.FJ Hennebeberry, also being present.
Mr. Jack Ulrich was present and asked that the Water Board purchase and have
installed a water meter at 321-325 3rd Street, which is rental propertytthat
he owns. The Board informed the Secretary that this should be carred out.
A motion was made after a discussion in regard to Mrs. Lila Briesacher's
hook-up that the Board would assume half of the hook-up fee due to a mis-
understanding. She will be asked to adhere to the payment policy set-up
by the Board. This was seconded by the Board.member Robert Shirley.
The Water Board adopted a policy that all stub-ins will be $450,00 after
January 1971. This will be payable at the Village Hall at the time that
the permit is taken out. This will include only the stub-in from the main
to the curb-box, and there will be complete restoration of the street and
boulvard by the village. The Village will pay any license plumber the
sum of $396.00 wthibh includes alLmaterials, labor and machines, compaction,
sodding and the street permit. Motion was made by. Shirley and seconded
by Brinkman. This does not apply to new construction however.
Board allowed John McBrien a credit of 15.00 dollars on a permit that was
issued several years ago.
Motion was made by Brinkman , and seconded by Shirley that the metting
adjourn.

Water Board requested the Sectetary that he inform the Village Attorney
be asked to enforce the violation that has incurred on the Kuchera Property
and citing the violations.
