President Robert Schneider, called the Water Board meeting to order with
the following members present: Robert Shirley, Chester Brinkman, F.J. Henneberry
and the secretary Glen Moser.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as read, mthtion by Shirley
and 2nd by Brinkman that they be approved.
A discussion of the problem with the present stub-in service at the Assembly
of God Church was ensued, with the hollowing result and decision: The Church
would be required to pay for a new stub in service but they wouldbe allowed
to take the 6 months payment plan, that has been extended to some in the past.
The Secretary presented 2 bills for the Auditing Firm of Anhiver,Afinson, in
the amount of 465.00 and 65.00 this was for a portion of the audit and accounting
on the Water Board books for Dec. 1969 and for a portion of 1970. Motion was
made by Brinkman that they be orderbd paid 2nd by Shirley.
Motion was made by Sgirley 2nd by Brinkman that the Secretary order 3 more
Waterous Hydrants, to be installed this summer, making a total of 6 to be
installed, the Secretary was also instructed to obtain quotes on time and what
necessary materials would be needed to have them replaced.
