November 23, 1971
The meeting was called to order by the President .
Present: President Schneider, Members Shirley and Brinkman . Also
Superintendent Henneberry and Secretary Moser .
111 A discussion was ensued in regard to Jerry Bauer and the splendid
job he is performing for the Water Board . Mr. Henneberry stated
that Jerry Bauer had been doing an excellent job on the well houses
and the mechanical equipment.
The minutes of the last meeting were approved as presented .
Motion by Shirley, second by Brinkman that the bills be approved
for payment. APIF , motion carried .
Motion by Brinkman , second by Shirley to increase C. D . #13842 to
$5 ,000 from the present $2 ,000 for 90 days maturity . APIF , motion
carried.
Motion by Brinkman , second by Shirley that the Water Board Hire Mr.
Henneberry on a contracted basis for a salary of $50 . 00 per month ,
for secretarial work . A. P . I . F . Motion Carried .
